As a woman with ADHD, it is very easy to focus on your weaknesses and areas "to be worked on." You give so much thought to these areas that it's easy to forget about your talents. Women with ADHD are usually incredibly humble and dismiss their talents. Because these traits are natural and easy, they don't feel they are worth being proud of, or they aren't valuable. Nothing could be further from the truth. When you notice what you are good at, you can spend more time utilizing your strengths and less time worrying about your weaknesses.
